During electronics manufacturing, airborne contaminants such as AMC (Airborne Molecular Contaminants), VOCs, acidic and alkaline gases, and other chemical pollutants can affect sensitive equipment, wafers, and product yield, even at low concentrations.

The customer is an electronics manufacturing company operating in an older industrial facility. Most of the factories in the industrial park were built many years ago. As the customer's production capacity increased, the amount of chemical pollutants generated during production also increased. At the same time, pollutants from nearby factories added to the overall contamination level. The existing filtration tower could no longer meet the current air purification requirements.
Daily air quality testing showed that the AMC peak concentration could reach 200 PPB. This had a clear impact on the production environment and overall production efficiency.
To address the complex pollution conditions at the site, Amorair added two external Make-Up Air Units (MAUs) to the existing system. We then developed a three-stage chemical filtration system. Each filtration stage targets different types of pollutants and provides step-by-step treatment.
